1. Book online, or call
On the booking page enter your address, your vehicle and the service. For interiors and exteriors you also pick a level of cleanliness, from mildly to extremely dirty, and the price for your vehicle comes up before you commit. Choose a time. If you would rather talk, call or text (218) 231-1060 between 8 and 4 on a weekday and we will book it for you. Our iPhone and Android apps do the same from your phone.
2. Get the car ready, a little
Take out anything you do not want cleaned around: the glovebox, the trunk, child seats unless you have added them. Loose items go in a bag on the seat. If you will not be there, leave the car unlocked or leave a key where we agreed.
3. We come to you
The van carries water, power, a hot-water extractor, the vacuums, polishers and products. We park beside the car, in a driveway, an apartment lot or your workplace parking lot, and we need nothing from the building. You do not have to be home; most of our customers are at work.
4. The work
An interior is vacuumed to the seat rails, shampooed and extracted, every surface cleaned, the glass done inside. An exterior is washed by hand, the wheels and wells and jambs cleaned, trim and tires dressed, and the paint sealed on the premium package. Paint correction and ceramic coating are a day or two of machine work and curing. Two to four hours for most details; we tell you when we arrive.
5. The walk-around
We inspect the car with you before we leave, or send photos if you are not there. If you spot something, we fix it then. If you spot something later, call, and we send someone back. That policy is in our reviews because we keep it.
Winter
We detail down to about 32°F outside. Interiors can be done colder with the vehicle running for heat and the water carried warm. When the forecast will not allow it, we pick the car up, detail it in our shop in Esko and bring it back the same day for a $30 charge.
What if it rains?
Interiors go ahead. Exteriors and paint work are moved to the next dry day; we will text you.
Can you detail at my apartment?
Yes, as long as there is a spot to park the van next to the car and the building allows it. We are quiet and we leave the lot cleaner than we found it.
