Information collected through advertising forms: if you enter a contest, giveaway, or fill out a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you submit through that form, typically your name, phone number and answers to any questions we ask. Meta's own handling of that information is governed by Meta's Data Policy, not ours.
Information collected automatically: our website host may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page and approximate location. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Payment is handled through our booking platform, in person, or through a separate third-party processor.

3. Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, including through a contest entry or a form on Facebook or Instagram, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, your appointment and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us so on any call or by contacting us at the number or email above. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop messages that are strictly about a service appointment you have already booked.
4. How we share your information
- Service providers that help us operate: our website host and the service that delivers website form submissions (Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend), our online booking and scheduling platform, invoicing software, email provider and text messaging provider. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Advertising platforms, where we may share limited information to measure how our ads perform or to show ads to people like our existing customers. You can control much of this through your ad settings on those platforms.
- Law enforcement or authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights, safety or property, or that of others.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking platform and the advertising platforms we use may use cookies and similar technologies under their own policies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep customer and inquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you, to keep accurate business records, and to meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct information that is wrong, delete your information, or stop sending you marketing calls, texts or emails. To make any of these requests, contact us at the phone number or email address above. We may need to verify who you are before we act on a request.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
