How much does a detail cost?
By vehicle size and level of cleanliness, shown on the booking page before you commit. Ceramic coatings start at $750 and paint correction at $320. Boats are quoted after a free consultation.
What level of cleanliness should I pick?
Read the four descriptions on the interior page and pick the honest one. If you under-book we will tell you when we arrive and adjust; if you over-book we will tell you that too.
Is there a first-time discount?
Yes, 10% off a first detail. Get the code.
How do I pay?
Card on the booking page, or card, cash or check with the technician. Gift cards and refresh cards are accepted.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, online in any amount, or a refresh card for a prepaid clean that never expires.
The visit
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the car unlocked or leave a key, and we text you when we start and finish, with photos if you like.
Do you need water or power?
No. Both are on the van.
Can you come to my workplace?
Yes, and most of our customers book it that way. We need a spot beside the car and nothing from the building.
How long does it take?
Two to four hours for most interiors and exteriors; a day or two for correction and coating.
Do you detail in the winter?
Yes, down to about 32°F outside, interiors colder with the vehicle running. Otherwise pickup and return to our shop for $30.
The work
Can you get dog hair out?
Yes. It is slow and priced as an add-on. How we do it.
Can you get smoke smell out?
Usually. It takes a full shampoo, the vents cleaned and an odor treatment. We will tell you honestly if a car is beyond it.
What is the difference between wax, sealant and ceramic?
Weeks, months and years, respectively. Wax sits on the paint; a sealant is a synthetic wax; a ceramic coating bonds to the clear coat. More.
Can you remove scratches?
Swirls and light scratches in the clear coat, yes, with paint correction. Scratches you can feel with a fingernail are into the paint and need a body shop. A free paint assessment tells you which you have.
Do you detail boats?
Yes, at the dock, the marina, the lot or your driveway. Boat detailing.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us and we send someone back to make it right. It is in the reviews because we do it.
